Com entrada livre, as visitas guiadas ocorrem de segunda a sábado às 11.30 e às 16 horas. Mediante marcação, poderá escolher outro horário para à sua vista.

O Enoturismo foi cuidadosamente pensado para que os visitantes possam apreciar "o Aroma" deste "Estilo de vida no campo", da forma mais adequada ao seu gosto.

Esta adega surge com a preocupação de fabricar um vinho adaptado ao mercado global, mas com sabores portugueses, em que se destacam o Inevitável 2004, o Casa de Santa Vitória e o Casa de Santa Vitória Reserva.

Em de 2004, a Casa de Santa Vitória iniciou a produção de vinhos com a sua marca, actualmente a produção ronda as de 700 mil garrafas de vinho/ano.
